Checklists and documents for the four-day Toyota Kata and Value Stream course

To prepare for the course, please print the following four documents and carefully follow the instructions on the checklist below:

These Excel files should be printed on A0 paper rolls. First update the month, week and day and when printing, pay attention to the scaling as described below in "Checklist.pdf": Coaching-Wall.xls


This value stream document should be printed once per participant in color on DIN A4 paper, punched and sorted into the participants' folders: Value Stream Mapping.pdf


You are welcome to include this AGENDA.pdf for the four days in the invitation to your participants.
